Mr. Arif Anis, MBE, FRSA, FCL

Arif Anis MBE is a celebrated expert on leadership, and a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author.

Arif started as a Clinical Psychologist and received executive education at LUMS, Imperial College London, Oxford University, and Harvard University for executive education. Transitioning to the learning and development industry, Arif became a global professional speaker and served as an Economic Senator at the European Economic Senate.

Arif's humanitarian efforts shone during the COVID-19 pandemic when he co-founded the One Million Meals campaign, providing meals to NHS staff and key workers. This initiative earned him the Points of Light Award from Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the title of ‘Brain of the Year 2020’ by Tony Buzan’s Brain Trust.

In recognition of his services, Arif was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III and became a Freeman of the City of London. Arif was also awarded the Knighthood ‘Cabellero De Honor’ at the Vatican in 2024.
