Dr. Essa Al Suwaidi

Dr. Essa is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in quality management, human resources, and organizational excellence across the GCC. He currently serves as CEO of Alwakeel Education Service and holds a senior role at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA). Certified as an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accreditation Assessor by the GCC Accreditation Center, he also audits for the Gulf Standards Authority and holds senior assessor certifications for the Dubai Human Resources Award.

A respected thought leader, Dr. Essa is active in professional communities, including Toastmasters, IEEE UAE, and advisory boards at the University of Dubai and Al Ain University.
