Ms. Nato Bochorishvili

Nato Bochorishvili is a distinguished business leader with nearly two decades of experience in real estate, asset management, and international banking.

As the CEO of Georgian Property Management, she oversees one of Georgia’s largest commercial real estate portfolios, managing retail and office assets while leading her team in optimizing investment yields and pursuing strategic acquisitions.

She also serves as Co-CEO of Gumbati Holding, a leading real estate development company currently finalizing the landmark Vake Residence project—a 110,000 sq.m development located behind the Axis Towers, with 90% of its properties already sold and completion scheduled within a year.

In 2024, Nato was elected President of the Georgian National Association of Real Estate, following four years of dedicated service as a member of its Supervisory Board.

Before entering the real estate sector, Nato spent 12 years in international banking, advancing from Loan Officer to Deputy CEO.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Finance.
