Ms. Mariam Demuria

Mariam Demuria is the Project Manager of Iliyard Business Center, one of Tbilisi’s newest premium-grade commercial developments. She oversees strategic planning, tenant relations, and project execution, ensuring the delivery of modern and efficient workspaces for multinational tenants.

Mariam is also an honorary member of the Georgian National Association of Real Estate (GNARE), where she previously served as CEO for seven years. During her leadership, she played a key role in elevating industry standards, building international partnerships, and positioning Georgia as an emerging real estate hub. Today, she continues to support GNARE’s initiatives focused on strengthening Georgia’s strategic role as a connector between the GCC, Asia, and Europe.
