Mr. Ahmed Al-Dakheel

Mr. Ahmed Al-Dakheel is a prominent Saudi business leader with over three decades of executive experience across strategic sectors including petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, telecommunications, and industrial investments. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and completed the Advanced Project Management Systems Program at Toyo Engineering Academy in Tokyo, Japan.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Al-Dakheel has held senior leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Board Member in several leading national and regional corporations. His expertise spans strategic planning, enterprise transformation, business development, investment evaluation, and high-stakes negotiation, enabling organizations to achieve sustained growth, operational excellence, and global competitiveness.

Mr. Al-Dakheel currently serves as Chairman of Al Ofoq Holding and Managing Director of KFB Holding Group, in addition to serving on the boards of several major companies including Sipchem. He also plays an influential role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s international economic relations as the Chairman of the Saudi Business Council with Central Asian Countries and Chairman of the Saudi–Georgia Business Council, where he leads efforts to foster cross-border partnerships, strengthen trade linkages, and expand investment opportunities.
