Currently, Dr. Debbie serves as Senior Vice President of Operations & Venue Development, Middle East at Oak View Group (OVG), the world’s leading venue development and management company overseeing more than 400 world-class arenas, convention centers, and cultural destinations. In this prestigious role, she provides strategic leadership across OVG’s Middle East operations, offering unmatched expertise in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services.
