Dr. Arif Anis, MBE, FRSA, FCL

Dr. Arif Anis MBE is a celebrated expert on leadership and a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author. Dr. Anis began his career as a Clinical Psychologist and pursued executive education at LUMS, Imperial College London, Oxford University, and Harvard University. Transitioning to the learning and development industry, he became a global professional speaker and served as an Economic Senator at the European Economic Senate.

Dr. Anis’s humanitarian leadership was exemplified during the COVID-19 pandemic when he co-founded the One Million Meals campaign, which provided meals to NHS staff and key workers. The initiative earned him the Points of Light Award from Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the title of “Brain of the Year 2020” by Tony Buzan’s Brain Trust.

In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Anis was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III and became a Freeman of the City of London. In 2024, he was conferred the Knighthood “Cabellero De Honor” at the Vatican.
